Our Team.
A deep-rooted passion for sustainability drives a commitment to engaging communities in meaningful conversations about environmental stewardship, commerce, and community contribution.
Originating from three generations of the Williams family in Herefordshire, with roots in Caplor Farm since 1923, the journey has evolved into a diverse rural business model that encompasses agriculture, property management, and consultancy.
With a lifelong passion for horses and years of hands-on experience, I offer a dedicated and professional service for equine retirement, DIY livery, foaling, youngstock rearing, and backing and training. My approach is grounded in patience, consistency, and care — treating every horse as an individual and providing a calm, nurturing environment where they can thrive.
This isn’t just a job — it’s a way of life. I take pride in offering owners peace of mind and horses a home where they’re genuinely looked after.
My equine journey has taken me from riding school, onto Pony Club days, achieving my B test; gaining my BHSAI, working in Australia with thoroughbreds, yearlings, hacks and showumpers; freelancing as a coach/rider/groom back in the UK; Pony Club Chief Instructor; running and managing my own small yard of event horses whilst wearing the ‘hats’ of groom, coach, truck driver and full support for my daughter as she made her way through the youth system.
Caring for the horses and ponies at Caplor is a true privilege and I take the time to treat each as if they were my own. Their welfare is my top priority.
An experienced marketing professional with a strong background in project management, events, social media management and graphic design.
My role as Estate Manager at Caplor Farm has given me the chance to apply my skills in a truly varied and inspiring environment - farm management, renewable technologies, farm diversification, property management and project management, livery services. No two days are the same!
